Entry Level Sales Rep, Work from Home Remotely

What does the part-time position involve? Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales or results, although performance-based incentives are possible. No prior experience is needed; training is provided.

Compensation: Reps are paid a $25.00 base per appointment (not based on sales) or can choose a commission structure based on performance. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

Experience and Skills: We have been training successful reps for over 40 years. Skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers.

Schedule Flexibility: We help reps create schedules that suit their needs, whether working full-time, part-time, or around other commitments like classes or family. Most meetings and training are held in the office, with remote work after training.
