Reps are paid a $25.00 base appointment fee (not sales-based) or a performance-based commission. There is potential to earn more, with a guaranteed fallback income.

Reps work from home and locally after training. Most meetings and training occur in the office. Reps can choose flexible schedules based on their availability.
