Entry Level Sales Rep, Work from Home Remotely

What does the part-time position involve? Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools. The position offers a competitive starting base pay ($20.00 per appointment, paid weekly) not based on sales, with potential incentives based on performance. No previous experience is needed; training is provided.

Compensation includes: a $20.00 base per appointment (not sales-based) or a performance-based commission structure. There is an opportunity to earn more, with a guaranteed income fallback even during off weeks.

Our experience: We have been training successful reps for over 40 years. Skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable across many fields. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers.

Schedule flexibility: We help reps create schedules that suit their needs, whether working full-time, part-time, or around other commitments. Training and most meetings are held in the office, with work-from-home options after training.
