What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales or results, although performance-based incentives are possible. No previous experience is needed, as we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $25.00 base per appointment (not based on sales or results), with a performance-based commission structure available. There is potential to earn more, but a stable income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

Experience and Skills

We have over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople. Even if you don't stay long-term, you'll develop valuable sales, networking, and communication skills applicable in any field.

Work Schedule and Environment

We assist reps in creating flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time or around other commitments such as classes or family. Most meetings and training are held in our office, with work from home and local opportunities after training.
