Entry Level Sales Rep, Work from Home Remotely

What does the part-time position involve?

Responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales, but incentives are possible based on performance. No previous experience is needed, as we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $25.00 base appointment (not based on sales), with a performance-based commission structure available. There's potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during slow weeks.

Training and Career Development

We have over 40 years of experience training successful reps. Skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers.

Work Schedule and Environment

We help reps create flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time, around classes, other jobs, or family commitments. After training, most work from home or locally. Meetings and training are primarily in the office.
