What does the position involve?

The role involves working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools for home use. The position offers a fixed weekly pay that is not dependent on sales, with potential performance-based incentives. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training is provided.

Compensation: Reps earn a base pay of $24.00 per appointment (not based on sales), with additional commission opportunities based on performance. There is a guaranteed income fallback even during slow weeks.

Training and Career Growth: With over 40 years of training experience, we develop sales, networking, and communication skills applicable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or sales professional paths.

Work Schedule: We assist reps in creating flexible schedules that suit their commitments. Some work full-time, others part-time or for extra income around other obligations. After training, reps work from home and locally, with most meetings held in the office.
