Entry Level Sales Rep, Work from Home Remotely

Position Details

Responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools for home use. The position offers a base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales, with potential incentives based on performance. No prior experience is necessary as training is provided.

Compensation: Reps are paid $25.00 per appointment (not based on sales) or a performance-based commission structure. There is an opportunity to earn more, but a fallback income is available even during off weeks.

Training and Career Growth: With over 40 years of training success, our program helps develop sales, networking, and communication skills valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or sales careers.

Work Schedule: We customize schedules to fit individual needs. Some work full-time, some part-time, and others around commitments like classes or family. Summer work programs are available. Reps work from home and locally after training, with most meetings and training conducted in the office.
