Compensation

Reps are paid a base of $25.00 per appointment (not based on sales), with potential for performance-based incentives. There is an opportunity to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

Training and Skills Development

We provide all necessary training. The skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field, and many long-term reps advance to management or sales careers.

Work Schedule and Environment

Reps create flexible schedules, working from home and locally after training. Most meetings and training sessions are held in the office.
