What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a competitive starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't solely based on sales, with potential incentives based on performance. No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a base of $25.00 per appointment (not based on sales) or a performance-based commission structure. There is potential to earn more, but a guaranteed income fallback exists even during off weeks.

Work Schedule and Environment
