Entry Level Sales Rep, Work from Home Remotely

What does the position involve?

Responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales or results, but performance incentives are possible. No prior experience is needed as we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $25.00 base per appointment (not based on sales or results), with potential for performance-based commissions. There is an opportunity to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

Training and Career Development

We have over 40 years of experience training individuals for success. Skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers.

Schedule Flexibility

We assist reps in creating schedules that suit them, whether working full-time, part-time, or around other commitments like classes or family. Discuss our summer work program with the manager.

Work Environment

Reps work from home and locally after training, with most meetings and training held in the office.
