Entry Level Sales Rep, Work from Home Remotely

What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities involve working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and placing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. Reps receive a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales or results, but incentives are possible based on performance. No previous experience is needed; we provide all necessary training.

Compensation: Reps are paid $25.00 per appointment (not based on sales or results), or a commission structure based on performance. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even in off weeks.

Training and Career Growth: We have over 40 years of experience training successful reps. Skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers.

Flexible Scheduling: We help reps create schedules that suit their needs. Some work full-time, others part-time or around other commitments like classes or family. Discuss our summer work program with the manager.

Reps work from home and locally after training; most meetings and training are held in the office.
