Presidential Exteriors seeks an Entry-Level Sales Representative in Rockville, MD. You’ll start with a base salary while you learn, plus uncapped commissions as you gain experience.

You’ll train to open conversations with homeowners, ask the right questions, handle objections, and close. Training camp every week and ride-alongs prepare you for your first close, with promotions going to those already in the building.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required.
• Willingness to learn and follow a structured training program.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to meet personal and team goals weekly.
