Power Home Remodeling Group in Edison, NJ (office locations in Edison, Princeton, Neptune) is seeking a driven Entry Level Sales Representative. You’ll meet homeowners, present energy-efficient remodeling solutions, and follow a proven sales process with training and mentorship.

Develop communication, negotiation, and presentation skills that pave the way for career growth. In this full-time role, you’ll earn uncapped commissions with a $72,000–$130,000 yearly range, plus a $3,900 sign-on bonus

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence speaking with new people and presenting information.
• A self-motivated mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is helpful, and a Bachelor's degree is valued.
• Experience delivering presentations or working toward performance-based goals.

Responsibilities
