Mad City Windows is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative to meet homeowners in local neighborhoods, start conversations, and help schedule free in-home consultations. This is an entry-level role where you generate interest, not close deals.

Qualifications

• Comfortable starting conversations with new people
• Positive, energetic, and motivated by goals
• Reliable, coachable, and ready to learn
• Competitive in a healthy way and excited to earn bonuses
• Comfortable being active and working outdoors during the day
• Previous experience in canvassing, retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, athletics, or lead generation is helpful but not required.

• Talk with homeowners in a friendly, professional way
• Introduce our window, bath, and kitchen solutions
• Create interest and answer basic questions
• Schedule qualified, no-obligation appointments for sales representatives
• Work with your team to hit daily and weekly goals
