Job summary

Mad City Windows is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative to meet homeowners in local neighborhoods, generate interest, and schedule free in-home consultations. This is an entry-level role with no closing required and guaranteed starting pay with uncapped bonuses.

You'll learn product offerings, talk with customers, and work Monday–Friday in a supportive training environment, with opportunities for career growth and a direct path into in-home sales through our Manager in Training program.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with no prior sales experience required.
• Ability to schedule in-home consultations and set appointments.
• Must be comfortable speaking with homeowners and working outdoors.
