Barnes Life Solutions is seeking motivated agents who can work remotely from anywhere using their phone and computer. You will provide consulting to clients, tailor policies, and grow your book of business through relationships.

We represent 30+ top carriers across mortgage protection, term, whole life, and retirement products. Earn uncapped commissions plus performance bonuses while receiving training, coaching, and 1:1 mentorship.

About the Role:

Teleworking from anywhere using your phone and computer, you will be providing professional consulting advice to clients who have requested help (no cold calling), building tailored policies to meet your clients' needs, and developing & maintaining your book of business through meaningful relationships with your clients.

Job functions:

You will help clients protect their family, their future and their Legacy through Mortgage Protection, Term & Whole Life Insurance, Final Expense products, Retirement planning, and Advanced Market products including Indexed Universal Life Products (IUL’s) as well as Annuities.

Earning Potential:

Here’s what that looks like for an average agent in our Agency (@ an example $1,000 average annual premium value per policy written (*the average annual premium value per policy sold in our agency is actually higher than that)

• Part Time: 1-2 sales /week: $1,000 - $2,000 /wk ($52k - $104k /year)
• Average: 3-5 sales /week: $3,000 - $5,000 /wk ($156k - $260k /year)
• Above Average: 6-8 sales /week: $6,000 - $8,000+ /wk ($312k -$416k+ /year)

We have full time agents averaging 6 sales per week in our agency!
