Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group is hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative to meet homeowners, present energy-efficient products, and drive sales with ongoing training and mentorship. You will build relationships, learn a proven process, and develop communication and negotiation skills for long-term career growth in a supportive team environment.

You will join a collaborative team at multiple Arizona locations, including Tempe, Scottsdale, and Glendale, with a competitive compensation package

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence speaking with new people and presenting information.
• A self-motivated mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Helpful if you have: Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or another customer-facing role.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience delivering presentations or working toward performance-based goals.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to deliver engaging presentations on energy-efficient home remodeling products and services.
• Learn POWER’s sales process through ongoing training and coaching.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending personalized solutions.
• Collaborate with teammates and mentors to continuously improve your sales approach.
• Develop communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills for long-term career growth.
• Partner with experienced sales leaders who will coach and support your development.
• Participate in weekly team meetings, training sessions, and collaborative learning opportunities.
