Nexreach in Houston is launching a boots-on-the-ground, face-to-face Sales Leader role. You will be the direct point of contact for world-class brands across Greater Houston, driving brand awareness and customer acquisition through in-person consultations.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, objection mastery, and the opportunity to move into leadership after breaking records, training and mentoring the next generation, with true W2 employment and health benefits after a qualifying period.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume hospitality, retail, or service industries.
• Ability to engage customers face-to-face.
• Willingness to train into leadership roles.
• Scrappy, reliable work ethic and competitive drive.

Responsibilities

• Drive brand awareness and customer acquisition through direct, in-person consultations across Greater Houston.
• Guide consumers through service promotions and customized solutions that fit their needs.
• Learn psychology of the “Yes” and close deals in real time.
