Power Home Remodeling Group in Texas is hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative. This full-time role involves meeting with homeowners to present energy-efficient products, learning POWER’s sales process through training, and building relationships by understanding customer needs.

You will work with experienced leaders, attend weekly meetings, and enjoy benefits including health coverage, a 401(k), paid time off, and a $3,900 sign-on bonus paid over training weeks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities
