TRAILER EQUIPMENT is seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate to support our growing business in Byron Township, Michigan. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or anyone starting a career in sales, marketing, analytics, and CRM-driven customer relationships.

You will assist with marketing initiatives, analyze sales data, support inventory management, and develop inside sales skills by collaborating with experienced team members.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to multitask and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer outreach and lead generation efforts.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Support the sales team with quotes, order processing, and follow-up communication.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Learn and apply inside sales techniques to identify new business opportunities.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Create and update marketing materials, presentations, and social media content.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and potential customers.
• Support brand awareness and customer engagement initiatives.
• Collect, organize, and analyze sales and marketing data.
• Generate reports to track sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
