Arise Enterprise Inc. is seeking an entry-level Sales & Management Trainee in Port Angeles, WA. You will work in person with customers, represent client products, and participate in hands-on training to build sales, marketing, and leadership skills.

The role emphasizes developing leadership, achieving individual and team sales goals, and advancing into management through mentorship, coaching, and ongoing development. Weekly pay and paid training are provided.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with paid training in sales and leadership.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Previous sales/retail/customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers through face-to-face sales and campaigns.
• Represent client products and current promotions professionally.
• Identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
