Syracuse Events is seeking entry-level individuals for a Sales & Management Trainee role in Syracuse, NY. This full-time position focuses on developing skills in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and leadership through hands-on customer interactions at events and in retail environments.

No prior sales experience is required; we value motivation, reliability, and a positive attitude. Growth into leadership will be based on performance and business needs.
