1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring an Entry Level Sales & Laborer to join our Field Sales & Service Team in Wilmington. You will meet customers face-to-face, provide pricing, and close sales on the spot while working with a team to complete the job.

The role is full-time, outdoors, and based on performance with pay including base and profit share plus tips. Ideal candidates have strong communication and closing skills and enjoy an active, outdoor workload.

This role is perfect for someone with sales experience who wants to stay active, work outdoors, and earn based on performance. You’ll meet customers face-to-face, provide pricing, and close sales on the spot—while working with a team to complete the job.
