Seeking all sales minded, soon-to-be college graduates, recent college graduates, or individuals with 1-3 years of sales experience who are motivated by financial rewards.

• Earn relevant designations and stay up-to-date on continuing education credits provided by the company to enhance your professional growth and earning potential.
• High concentration of clients in Construction, Manufacturing, and Food & Agriculture industries.
• Working with C‑Suite Executives to develop the best risk management solution surrounding a company's Property and Casualty Insurance.
• Mentorship, training, and development with industry leading experts - Construction, Manufacturing, and Food & Agriculture.
• 12 month training program to build technical knowledge in specific industries as well general insurance knowledge.
