Summit Careers is hiring an early-career Sales Executive to grow a defined territory in the United States. You’ll prospect, build relationships, and close new business for our services, owning a quota and pipeline with consultative selling to drive revenue.

Expect structured onboarding, a ramp to full quota, and a compensation package featuring a base salary plus uncapped commission, monthly mileage reimbursement, and full benefits. A company laptop and travel within your market are provided.

Base $50K+ uncapped commission; target$15K within your first year. Summit Careers is hiring an early-career Sales Executive to grow a defined territory. You’ll prospect, build relationships, and close new business for our services, owning a quota and pipeline while using consultative selling to deliver measurable revenue growth.

What you’ll do

• Drive outbound prospecting using calls, email, LinkedIn, networking to book meetings and create qualified pipeline.
• Run discovery and value-based presentations; handle objections and negotiate to close deals within a 30-60 day sales cycle.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to refine messaging, and offers; share feedback to improve win rates.
• Represent Summit ethically and professionally; build long-term relationships that lead to expansion and referrals.
