Job summary

Textron is seeking a 2027 Sales Analyst to join our team in Augusta, GA. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure across functions while you build analytics and reporting skills using SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, and Databricks.

You will mine data, create sales reports, forecast trends, and present actionable insights to leadership, collaborating with finance, production, and other departments to drive efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or IT required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, SAP, Salesforce, and QlikView.

Responsibilities

• Report sales data to finance, sales, production, and traffic; share updates with management.
• Actively participate in SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, Databricks testing and integration.
• Data mine across software to support leadership reporting requests.
• Create reports analyzing sales data to benchmark reps, distributors, regions and customers.
• Present insights to team and management; collaborate across departments on data sharing.
• Forecast sales trends by analyzing data over time.
• Identify process gaps in Sales and work cross-functionally to improve efficiency.
