Job summary

ARS is hiring for an in-store Retail Sales Advisor in Mesquite, TX (also Balch Springs or White Rock). You will engage customers, assess home comfort needs, educate on HVAC and related services, and schedule in-home appointments.

Role offers hourly pay with uncapped commission and a typical earnings range of $20–$30/hour with commission. Part-time and full-time schedules are available, with weekly pay and training provided.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers (not required but preferred).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability required.
• Retail or sales experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and IAQ solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
