Cuchiara & Company is a fully remote, Inc. 5000-ranked insurance agency built for flexibility and client fiduciary standards. You choose your hours, there are no shifts or office requirements, and leads come to you so you never start conversations from scratch.

Many advisors begin part-time and scale to full-time as earnings grow. We provide comprehensive training, licensing support, and ongoing compliance guidance to help you build a meaningful advisory business on your own terms.

Cuchiara & Company is a fully remote, Inc. 5000-ranked insurance agency with a model built for flexibility. We operate as fiduciaries, which means every advisor on our team is legally obligated to recommend what is best for the client — not what generates the biggest payout. That integrity is what keeps our clients coming back and our referrals strong.

We are currently adding advisors who want to scale at their own pace.

• You choose your hours. There are no set shifts, no office requirements, and no micromanagement. This role is built around your availability.
• Leads come to you. Our system connects you with families who have already asked for help so you are never starting a conversation from scratch.
• Scale when you are ready. Many of our advisors start part-time and transition to full-time as their income grows. The path is there when you want it.

We are looking for motivated, dependable people who want to build something meaningful on their own terms. Prior insurance experience is not required — we provide full training and licensing support.
