Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is hiring for a full-time field-based sales position in New Jersey. You will connect with homeowners, present Home Genius products, generate leads, and build lasting customer relationships through engaging presentations.

The role offers an hourly base with the potential for high earnings (OTE $65,000–$90,000 per year) and benefits after 30 days, plus ongoing training and a collaborative, growth-focused culture. Valid driver's license required.
