Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction is seeking motivated individuals for a field-based sales and project coordination role in the Oklahoma City area. You’ll meet homeowners, inspect roofs for damage, explain the restoration process, and manage projects from first contact through completion.

No roofing experience is required. Paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support are provided in the OKC market, with uncapped commissions after the 90-day training period.

• Experience in sales or customer service is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to work outdoors and prospect in the field.

Heritage Roofing & Construction is growing in the Oklahoma City & Surrounding areas and we are looking for motivated people to help homeowners restore their properties after hail and severe storms.

This is a field-based sales and project coordination role. You’ll meet homeowners, inspect roofs for potential damage, explain the restoration process, and help manage projects from the first conversation through completion.

No roofing experience is required. We provide paid training, hands‑on coaching, and ongoing support in the OKC market.

What You Can Earn

• Six-figure first-year earning potential
• Top team members earn $350,000+ annually
• Base pay, per-claim pay, and commission during a paid 90‑day training program
• Uncapped commission after training

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

You may be a great fit if you’re self‑motivated, comfortable starting conversations, open to coaching, and ready for active work outdoors. Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, athletics, military service, or entrepreneurship can help, but it isn’t required.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Pickup truck, or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire
• Comfort with heights and performing roof inspections
• Willingness to prospect in the field and work directly with homeowners
