Key Responsibilities

• Perform roof and exterior inspections following storm events
• Document damage and present findings to homeowners
• Generate leads through canvassing and referrals
• Assist homeowners in navigating insurance claims
• Obtain signed agreements for restoration services
• Attend weekly team meetings and ongoing training

Qualifications

• Previous sales, customer service, or consultative experience is a plus
• Experience in lead generation, territory canvassing, or customer outreach
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders
• Coachable and motivated to learn
