The University of Miami is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time, on-site role in Miami, FL. You will provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care across multi-specialty settings, adhering to HIPAA and safety guidelines while supporting patients and families throughout the care plan.

Qualified candidates hold a BSN, an active RN license, and BLS certification. No prior experience is required; training and orientation are provided to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients and evaluate plans with nursing care documentation.

• Prepare patients for examinations; assist with procedures and treatments.
• Provide psychological support and a compassionate environment.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate medication/treatment records.
• Communicate plan of care to patient, family, and team (HIPAA compliant).
• Use resources to assist in discharge planning; adapt to changing demands.
• Operate medical equipment and adhere to policies and procedures.
