Responsibilities

• Contact landowners to acquire real property rights and advise on settlements.
• Negotiate property purchases, analyze appraisals, and advise client on outcomes.
• Recommend whether to settle or pursue condemnation when appropriate.
• Suggest payment increases to the client if justified by facts.
• Estimate potential damages before and during construction.
• Assist with permitting tasks and client requirements.
