Job summary

Retirement Plan Consultants, a partner of Integrity Marketing Group, seeks a Junior Compliance Consultant to help keep retirement plans compliant with IRS regulations. You’ll support a portfolio of 150–200 plans, perform testing, and assist with plan administration.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in financial services.
• ASPPA RPF certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong technical aptitude.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service.

Responsibilities

• Support Compliance Consultants and Coordinators with administrative and compliance tasks for an assigned client group of approximately 150–200 retirement plans.
• Perform compliance testing and review plan and participant limits per IRS regulations.
• Reconcile retirement plan contributions and identify discrepancies.
• Calculate employer contributions and prepare supporting documentation.
• Prepare and file annual IRS forms and regulatory reports.
• Assist with retirement plan documents and amendments.
• Review and approve participant distributions and loan requests per plan provisions.
• Provide backup for client and participant calls with timely service.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate plan administration.
