Job summary

Family Dollar in Winnsboro, SC is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate to help customers, handle transactions, and keep the store stocked and tidy. You will greet customers, offer recommendations, and maintain a positive environment with teammates and leaders.

Responsibilities include assisting with questions, processing sales at the register, stocking shelves, unloading trucks, and ensuring safety and presentation across the store.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience in retail or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders
