Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or similar settings highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, and bending.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
