Job summary

Certus Pest Inc. in Washington state is seeking a hands-on Restoration Technician to perform insulation and restoration tasks in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas. You will follow job orders and safety standards to complete installations and removals.

You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in physically demanding environments. Prior experience with insulation or construction is preferred, and adherence to scope and customer satisfaction is required.

Qualifications

• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical labor.
• Work in attics, crawlspaces, confined spaces, and on ladders.
• Read and follow job orders, diagrams, and written instructions.
• Experience performing insulation, vapor barrier installation, or restoration-related work.
• Familiarity with construction, home services, or field-based labor environments.
• Prior experience working from job scopes or sales contracts in a field setting.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily restoration and insulation work as assigned by management, including removal and installation of insulation, vapor barriers, vent covers, and related materials.
• Perform work in attics, crawlspaces, confined spaces, and elevated areas using ladders.
• Maintain safe working conditions by following safety standards and procedures.
• Accurately follow job orders, diagrams, and work instructions to ensure work is completed as sold and scoped.
• Report to the branch location daily to clock in/out and comply with overtime requirements.
