Raising Cane’s is hiring Restaurant Crewmembers to support busy shifts from opening to closing. No prior restaurant experience is required, as paid training is provided to help you grow your career with us.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with potential increases within the first year through additional training and performance evaluations. We offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and benefits suitable for hourly crew members.

Qualifications

• No restaurant experience required; paid training provided.
• Entry-level role with opportunities to grow through training and evaluations.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including opening and closing.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers and process payments efficiently.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds and assist with food prep.
• Clean tables, floors and other areas of the restaurant.
• Follow safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food.
• Work as a team to ensure fast, friendly service.
