Job summary

University Hospitals Pain Management seeks an entry level Respiratory Therapy student to support the RT team by cleaning, maintaining, and setting up all respiratory equipment, and assisting with non-clinical duties.

You will sterilize non-disposable supplies, stock RT inventory across storerooms and RT areas, and help the RT staff as needed while adhering to hospital policies. PHI training and UH Code of Conduct compliance are required.

Qualifications

• This entry level position is for current Respiratory Therapy students.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning, Maintaining & Set up of all respiratory therapy equipment
• Clean & sterilization of all non-disposable supplies
• Stocks and maintains RT inventory in storeroom and in RT areas throughout the facility as needed
• Assists the RT staff with any non-clinical duties
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
• Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients.
