Elite Heating and Air is seeking an Entry-Level Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our Bradenton, FL team. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and diagnose residential systems, and deliver exceptional service to homeowners.

We provide tools, training, and support to help you grow into a top-performing technician. Requirements include completion of an HVAC training program and at least one year of field experience, plus a valid driver's license and the ability to pass

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of HVAC field experience.
• Completion of an HVAC technical training program preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Applicable licenses and certifications.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
