The role offers opportunities to develop skills toward forklift/skid steer certification and ensures adherence to QA standards. Responsibilities include operating equipment to produce animal proteins and fat, monitoring cooking processes and testing products for QA compliance, and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years’ related experience or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Must be able to work independently and follow safety policies.
• Certification to operate forklift and/or skid steer required.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment in the production of animal proteins and fat.
• Monitor cooking process, collect samples and test product for QA specifications.
• Monitor environmental equipment; operate forklift and skid steer loaders as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and SOPs; support the company's GOAL ZERO initiative.
