First Solar, Inc. is seeking a Reliability Lab Technician to perform baseline and post-test measurements in the Reliability Lab, ensuring tests meet performance and warranty commitments under ambient exposure extremes.

Responsibilities include operating stress test equipment and supporting engineer-led programs. The role requires a technical degree or equivalent experience, strong data analysis, and the ability to work independently with safety as a priority.

Formación

• Bachelor's or 4-year technical degree required or equivalent/experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or lab environment preferred.
• Calibration/testing/measurement experience is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and data analysis skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform baseline and post-test measurements for standard Reliability tests.
• Safely operate and load standard Reliability Stress Test equipment.
• Process warranty returns and document results.
• Enter data for Reliability testing and ensure tests meet schedule.
