Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related discipline.
• 0-2 years of engineering experience.
• Internship or co-op experience may count toward the experience requirement.
• Basic understanding of mechanical equipment and manufacturing systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment and spending time on the plant floor.

Responsibilities

• Investigate mechanical equipment failures and recurring problems.
• Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Work with maintenance technicians and production teams.
• Analyze equipment downtime and maintenance data.
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Assist with equipment inspections, repairs and improvement projects.
• Help improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
