Phaidon International is hiring for Entry Level, Full-Time roles in Los Angeles. Start dates: Nov 16th and Jan 19th. The role offers a base salary of USD 50,000 per year plus uncapped commission, with OTE targets of roughly USD 80k in year one and USD 95k in year two.

You will engage with Fortune 500 and fast-growing companies, manage client relationships, headhunt top professionals, and own the full recruitment cycle. Training is industry-leading and career growth is emphasized.

• Client Development: build and manage relationships with hiring managers and leaders; negotiate and become go-to talent partner.
• Candidate Engagement: identify and headhunt top mid-to-senior and executive professionals; build a strong pipeline.
• End-to-End Process Management: own the full recruitment cycle from intro to post-placement support.
• Leverage technology and data: use tools to identify opportunities, track trends, and sharpen outreach while maintaining personal touch.

What You'll Be Doing

Client Development

From Fortune 500 giants to the fastest-growing start-ups, from day oneyou’llbuild and manage relationships with hiring managers and business leaders across your specialist sector. Negotiate agreements, understand their talent needs, and become their go-to talent partner.

Candidate Engagement

Identifyand headhunt top mid-to-senior and executive-level professionals. Pick up the phone. Make connections. Build a pipeline of exceptional talent through proactive outreach and genuine relationship-building.

End-to-End Process Management

Own the full recruitment cycle, from introductions and interviews through to offer negotiation and post-placement support.You'llbe the person both sides rely on to get it right.
