HTU is seeking a recruiter in Louisville, KY to identify qualified candidates using sourcing tools, screen and interview applicants, and partner with the Account Manager to target top accounts and market segments.

You will build relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and sales leads, perform customer service activities, and engage in community volunteering with various philanthropic organizations.

Your Role

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $45,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission after the hourly training period
• Raise to $55,000 base salary upon one year of employment

Projected Recruiter Earnings:

• Year 1: $50,000
• Year 2: $76,000
• Year 3: $102,000

Projected Sales Manager Earnings:

• Year 3: $150,000
