Actalent is seeking an Entry-Level Recruiter | Sales Trainee in Cedar Rapids to own the full recruiting lifecycle. You will meet with hiring managers, source candidates, screen and align with consultants on goals, skills and interests to ensure fit for opportunities.

You will participate in a comprehensive training program, then continue building a trusted network of engineers and scientists, helping consultants advance their careers within Actalent and Aston Carter brands.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with hiring managers to understand needs
• Sourcing qualified professionals through recruiting tools
• Screening potential consultants through interviews and reference checks
• Communicating opportunities and preparing consultants for start
• Coaching consultants for interviews and day-one readiness
• Maintaining a consultant network and relationships
