Job summary

Aerotek, a leading staffing solution provider within Allegis Group, is hiring a Recruiter. You will identify qualified candidates through sourcing tools, screen and interview applicants, and partner with Account Managers to target top accounts and key markets.

What you will love: competitive pay with a base salary of $55,000 during training and unlimited weekly commission; after one year the base rises to $65,000 with ongoing incentives and potential to grow to six figures.

As a Recruiter you will

Upon successful completion of our hourly training period, Aerotek offers a base salary of $55,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission. After 1 year of tenure, your base salary automatically increases to $65,000 with the opportunity to continue earning commission and performance-based incentives.

• Year 1: $60,000
• Year 2: $86,000
• Year 3: $112,000
