Job summary

Aerotek is seeking recruiters to identify qualified candidates, screen and interview applicants, and partner with Account Managers to target top accounts and market segments. You will build relationships with industry contacts, perform customer service tasks, and participate in community volunteering initiatives.

The role offers a base salary of $45,000 with weekly commissions after training, and a one-year raise to $55,000, plus medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in recruiting and sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Partner with your Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
• Perform various customer service related activities.
• Give back to your community by volunteering and partnering with philanthropic organizations.
