Aerotek is hiring a Recruiter in Racine, WI. You will identify candidates, screen and interview, and partner with Account Managers to target top accounts and markets. Build industry relationships for referrals and sales leads while delivering strong customer service and community volunteering impact.

Compensation includes a base salary with earning potential through commissions and incentives, plus generous benefits and growth opportunities within the Allegis Group family.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Customer or sales-focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Partner with your Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
• Perform various customer service-related activities.
• Give back to your community by volunteering and partnering with philanthropic organizations.
