GOTAFE in Fresno, CA is seeking a results-driven recruiter to identify qualified candidates, screen and interview applicants, and partner with Account Managers to target top accounts, skill sets, and market segments.

You will build relationships with industry contacts to gain insights and generate referrals and sales leads, while also performing customer service activities and engaging in community volunteering.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Customer or sales-focused experience required.
• Experience working in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Identify qualified candidates using various recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Partner with Account Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
• Perform customer service-related activities.
• Participate in community volunteering and partnerships with philanthropic organizations.
